Night to Premiere at Factory Theatre

Night will make its Toronto debut this April as part of Factory Theatre's Performance Spring Festival. Night will headline the festival and will run from April 14 - 24, 2011. The play will star Reneltta Arluk, Tiffany Ayalik, Jonathan Fisher, and Linnea Swan. This production will mark also Human Cargo's Toronto debut.

With the generous support of First Air and CLEY, Human Cargo was finally able to bring Night to Nunavut in October 2010. It began in Iqaluit where it was presented by the Alianait Festival at the Nakasuk School. The tour concluded in Pond Inlet, where it was presented at the Pond Inlet Community Hall.

Human Cargo's Artistic Director/Night's Playwright Christopher Morris directed a reading of Night with a cast of Icelandic actors at Nordic House in Reykjavik on Tuesday, March 30th, 2010. Funded by the Canadian Embassy in Reykjavik, the cast included Anna Svava, Sigga Fridriksdottir, Johana Jonas and Denni Palmarsson. Plans are in the works to bring the Canadian production of Night to Iceland in the fall of 2010, stay tuned for more information...

Night to Represent Canada at Chicago's International Voices Project!

Night has been chosen to represent Canada at Chicago's International Voices Project in June/2010. A staged reading with American director Brian LaDuca and a cast of American actors will take place on Thursday, June 17th at 7:30pm at the Alliance Francais de Chicago.
